Equity Research Group is focused the well-being of children, teens and adults. We are aware of the negative impacts on learning at all levels caused by inequities, COVID-19 pandemic and social injustice.

ERG provides programming to impact education outcomes across the continuum, including early education, college readiness and career development.

Equity Research Group, Inc. is dedicated to increasing diversity in careers involving Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM). ERG recruits participants for rocketry, robotics and coding programs to promote diversity, equity and inclusion. The ERG STEM programs focus on:
