Inequities have long plagued the education system. Equity Research Group, Inc. provides technical assistance to education leaders to help mitigate the inequitable effects impacting schooling. The COVID-19 pandemic and political unrest have amplified the need for equitable practices to be implemented in a host of organizations, especially those offering academic support.

Unless learning is accelerated to address losses resulting from school disruptions during the COVID-19 pandemic, the potential for lingering negative impacts to children, teens and adults continue to exist.

ERG provides interventions to accelerate learning while promoting equity. Grants, donations and charitable contributions enable ERG to provide programming at limited or no cost to schools.

We believe the inequitable learning losses resulting from school closures and the fallout from the worldwide protests of social injustices have the potential to dismantle our educational system.
