Equity Research Group, Inc. is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide support and promote equity in key areas across the community. Our vision for America is for social and economic status to have zero effect on the progress of children, teens and adults.
Equity Research Group, Inc. is an extension of the work Dr. Joy Mordica began in 2010. Back then, her work was focused on increasing awareness of classroom teachers about bias and stereotypes that impacted instructional practices. Upon joining the Equity Research Group, the focus has been to promote equitable outcomes across communities. Focusing on critical areas of opportunity, ERG supports children, teens and adults removing barriers to participation in STEM-focused programs, tutoring, and career development, with the end goal of preparing individuals to excel in the career of their choice.

Our expertise in planning, instruction, project management and data analytics serves to provide a viable intervention and to assess the impact on student and school outcomes.
